How to Make It<\/h3>\n

Cut strips of crepe paper from the roll, each at least 5 cm wide (this step should be done by an adult using sturdy scissors).<\/p>\n

Alternatively, unroll the entire paper and cut the strip bit by bit.<\/p>\n

\"\" Unroll the strip and double it if kids will be cutting it. If an adult is doing it, you can leave the strip intact and rolled as it is.<\/p>\n

Make small cuts along both sides of the strip with scissors.<\/p>\n

Open the roll and scrunch the fringes a bit with your hands.<\/p>\n
