Carnival is almost over, and now what should we do with all these streamers<\/strong> scattered around the house? Turn them into a new game! Two rings to toss and catch in the air, and so much more! This simple idea for recycling streamers<\/strong> is very easy to create. Let\u2019s see how! <\/p>\n

The Game with Recycled Streamers<\/h2>\n

How to Make It<\/h3>\n

To create this ring-toss game, you\u2019ll need used or new streamers, cardboard, and glue (I recommend white glue). First, parents should create the rings by cutting two circles out of a cardboard box. Using a recycled box is perfect for this craft, making it both budget-friendly and eco-friendly! The circles should be large enough for the child\u2019s hand to fit through comfortably, with an inner diameter of at least 15 cm. Once the rings are cut, hand them to your child and let them cover the rings with streamers. Take one ribbon, glue one end to the base of a ring, and weave the streamer in and out of the circle. When the ribbon runs out, glue the end securely. This task will take time and patience, so it can be done over several days. Cover the second ring in the same way.<\/p>\n

How to Play<\/h3>\n

These streamer rings can be used in various ways:<\/p>\n

1. Toss them into the air, one after the other, and catch them before they hit the ground.<\/p>\n

2. Use them as rings to aim for a target placed at a distance, like a stuffed animal or a water bottle, which is self-supporting and narrow enough for the challenge.<\/p>\n
